Fantastic hotel, everything is within walking distance. Personnel are super welcoming and well prepared and talk fantastic English. There are activities each and every night and it´s a very good way to meet people. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed every day. Only thing was my bed for being a tiny bit squeaky but that’s incredibly insignificant. Fantastic quality for the money!

This hotel was definitely centrally positioned and the staff from the reception were available at any hrs. The beds were comfy and the people in the hotel ended up generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air con was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. Extremely pleasant hotel and excellent location. I Certainly advise Hotel Hernán Cortés!

Stayed for 7 days with my husband. Beds ended up cozy and the room was normally pretty clean. Staff members have been really helpful and pleasant and always took care to make us feel good. Rooms are large as well as the closet. The bathroom was also very clean and also the shower was good. Not a super social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.
